Shanghai Spin Expo

Project Description Spin Expo project is continued form brand project. Students who have been chosen will continue their idea further into an actual garment using yarns from spin expo. Sampling and actual garment making will be done by using power knit machine with a technician. Work description. From my brand project, my idea to have zigzag trim was chosen to be continued. Figuring out the size for zigzag trim and measuring square detail was the key of this project. The garment also had deep v-neck with zigzag trim as well. Zigzag was developed from my initial research of house wifves. Thier aprion with ruffles inspired me to create zigzag patten because it is hard to create ruffle in knitwear. My initial color was bright but spin expo yarns did not have much bright color. I tried my best to find good combination of colors that would go well with complex skirt made my other classmate.
